Application Features

This machine is used for BOPP, PET, PVC, PE, aluminum foil and roll paper with excellent properties of thin film reel material printing more continuous printing color, widely applied in all kinds of medium grade print.

1. Unwind and Rewind:Tilting the double location,receiving and replacing material without stopping the machine

2. Printing:360 degrees adjustment gear box, with guide roller fine-tuning Don't stop registration devicemovable type doctor blade,transverse reciprocating motion(optional pressure roller blades and all adopt pneumatic)

3. Dry oven:Double oven, conjoined twins oven(adopted the company patent technology), centrifugal big fan

Printing material:

Paper, PE：5-60μm PVC：15～60μm PET:12～60μm OPP: 15～60μm BOPP: 15～60μm CPP: 15～60μm

Composite film: 15～60μm

And other film materials with the similar printing performance listed above.

2. Unwind part

Structure:

(1) Double-armed Turret mechanism rotated manually: ±20mm.

(2) Unwind shaft equip with magnet powder brake: 50N.M

(3) Tension is controlled by magnet powder controller.

(4) The horizontal adjustment of rolling material manually.

(5) Max diameter of rolling material:600mm

(6)Automatic tension control system

(7) Unwinder and rewinder shaft are Air Shaft.

3. In-feed unit

Structure:

(1) Double roller rolling type, consist of steel and soft rubber roller.

(2) Diameter of steel roller: 130mm;  with chrome plated treatment.

(3) Diameter of rubber roller: 100mm   55-65 degree

(4) Clutch of these two rollers as well as its pressure adjustment is controlled

  manually

(5) In-feed unit steel roller is controlled by magnet powder brake: 25N.M

4. Printing unit

4.1 Printing pressure structure
(1) Printing pressure structure by pneumatic type (option by customer)

(2) Printing cylinder installation method: shaft-less type

4.2 Doctor blade

(1) Doctor blade can be adjusted up-down, left-right as well as its angle manual

(2) Pressure of doctor blade adjustable pneumatic

(3) Horizontal movement range of doctor blade: 5mm.

4.3 Ink stand

(1) "Printing cylinders directly dip into the ink" type

(2) Vertical movement of ink stand: by hand-wheel

(3) Max.depth of printing ink soaked: 50mm

5. Out-feed unit

(3) Diameter of rubber roller: 100mm   55-65 degree

(4) Clutch of these two rollers as well as its pressure adjustment is controlled

(5) Out-feed unit steel roller is controlled by torque motor.

6. Rewind part:

Structure:

(1) Double-armed double working mechanism rotated manually

(2) The horizontal adjustment of rolling material manually: ±20mm.

(3) Unwind shaft driven by torque motor

(4) Max diameter of rolling material:600mm

7. Machine body:

(1) The whole wallboard is made of high strength low stress alloy cast iron.

(2) Guide roller shaft-crossing installing type.

(3) Frame thickness: 60mm.

(4) Distance between each unit: 1000mm.
